The ICSE organization was founded in 1979 with the creation of its first company, the Canary Institute of Psychology and Education. Since then, the group has followed a path of almost constant growth, overcoming challenging circumstances to always return stronger and with more services for the community.

Obtaining the ISO 26000 Corporate Social Responsibility diploma.
Obtaining the EFQM 600 Seal, awarded by Club Excelencia en Gestión.
Agreement with the University of Calabria (Italy) for a faculty and student exchange programme.
Celebration of the first Dual Vocational Training Conference in the Canary Islands: implementation of Dual Vocational Training.

The Canary ICSE Foundation, a non-profit entity, is established and registered with the Foundation Protectorate of the Canary Islands Government.
The Canary Higher Institute of Studies, a new company, is founded with headquarters in Gran Canaria and Tenerife.
The ICSE President is appointed as an Advisory Member of the Social Council of the School of Health and Social Services of the Canary Islands Government.

Signing of the collaboration agreement with Alfonso X el Sabio University, making ICSE a delegate entity in the Canary Islands for this prestigious university.
Creation of a second company specializing in new technologies, named SEICA (Electronic and Computer Services of the Canary Islands).
